Apple Twisty Pinwheel Hair Bow

Description

This is a 2-layer hair bow. The top layer is a "twisty" type bow and the base layer is a pinwheel type bow. It can be mounted on a large (3") french barrette OR a partially lined alligator clip. The bow measures approximately 4 to 4.5 inches wide.
